IHD Services is a U.S. based division of Unitiv, Inc. headquartered in Alpharetta, GA. The acronym IHD stands for Intelligent Help Desk™. Unitiv’s Intelligent Help Desk™ was created in 1998 to provide call management capabilities to support Sun Microsystems hardware and software products. Over the ensuing years our service offerings have expanded, driven by the feedback of end-user customers and evolving manufacturer requirements. With respect to the delivery of services for our flagship manufacturer, the Intelligent Help Desk™ has received a perfect score of 100 on the past seven annual audits conducted by Sun Microsystems.
Today the Intelligent Help Desk™ provides services in support of 77 manufacturers, including many of the world’s largest technology providers, supporting over 90,000 end-user assets. These services include:
